I may be a little biased, but I love little boys! Even when I began working with kids in high school and college, my favorites were always little boys. I love being a mom to boys...good thing, because even if we do have another child, I am sure it will be another boy! Here are some pictures of my two favorite boys..

Meeting Baby Cooper

The boys and I took a little road trip to Killeen to meet baby Cooper at the end of July. I went to help Gretchen because her husband was going back to working nights and it's not fun waking up with a newborn and a 2 year old by yourself. It was fun getting all the kiddos together. Gretchen and I have been friends since we were in 7th grade and it's neat to see our kids becoming friends.

As soon as we got to their house it started to storm, so we had a 10 year old that was freaking out because of the weather, a 4 year old that was getting the two 2 year olds wild and crazy, and a sweet newborn that wasn't liking all the noise. So, being the great mothers that we are, Gretchen and I just sat back and enjoyed our much-needed bottle of wine! I loved meeting sweet Cooper and so did Carson! He couldn't get enough of "Baby Coopa". Here are a few pictures of all the kids together.

These pictures are from the end of July so the next few posts are going to be a little out of order. As you can see, I am a little behind on blogging! It had been raining all day and the boys were getting a little restless inside so we decided to take a walk and find some puddles to splash in. We called our favorite neighbors (who are only going to be our neighbors for another few weeks) to see if they wanted to splash with us. Of course they did so we took five little rain-booted kids off to look for puddles. As you can see, they loved every minute of it!
